My dad was married to a woman for 20 years before marrying my mother and had 4 kids with the ex, which he raised. My parents have been married for 29 years and had 4 more kids. Recently my father passed away and my mother being over 65 years old still does not see a social security check yet the ex wife does. What is to be done?
