Yes. the non-custodial parent is still liable for child support, even if the children are entitled to SSD.
The SSD, though (and the medical condition that lets them get it) will be taken into account when calculating the amount of support.

However, if the Social Security benefit for the children come from the record of the parent paying the child support, the court usually takes the amount of the Social Security child’s benefits into consideration when establishing the child support. If Social Security starts after the child support, the parent paying the support should take the case back to court.
