how does social security split benefits between the children of the disabled?
shiningstarr32 asked:
I have applied for social security benefits because of a malformation inside of my brain, I have had brain surgery, and no longer able to work. I have worked since I was 13 years old not asking you guys how much I would get but, does anyone know how they would split the benefits between my children (e.g. half )of what I get if anyone knows it would be a big help, this is all new to me and would like to know what exactly we would be dealing with.

Can a person collect a Widows Pension and Social Security benefits simultaneously?
B. CuzICan asked:
Someone I know is about to begin receiving Widows Benefits. When she reaches a certain age, she is also entitled to Social Security benefits. Will one cancel out the other? Or can they both be received simultaneously?
